Max joins the David Rockefeller Center from the John F. Kennedy School
of Government, where he worked in Degree Programs. Max was born in
Santiago, Chile. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 from
the University of Texas at Austin. During his time at UT-Austin, he
pursued a major in Government and a minor in Business. As an
undergraduate, he spent the fall of 2001 in Washington, D.C., studying
foreign policy through American University's Washington Semester
Program, and interning at the U.S. House of Representatives for then
House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt. After leaving Austin, Max did
post-graduate work in Law at the Pontificia Universidad Catalica de
Chile.
