Minister Roberto Dobles, Costa Rican Minister of Environment and Energy

Minister Dobles will present Costa Rica's National Climate Change Strategy, including the
specific wedges that they will be addressing in order to achieve carbon neutrality; a goal of Costa Rica's President, Oscar Arias, to make Costa Rica's carbon neutral by its 200th birthday, in 2021.
