Having gained an Industrial Design education in Brazil, Andrea has a diverse work history which includes Graphic and Product Design. Before moving to the United States, she interned at the Urban Planning Institute for the City of Curitiba as well at Electrolux Corporation. She also has a rich background in research and customer service. She joined the Harvard community in 2004, and previously worked at the Harvard College Library and the Humanities Faculty Services department. She is currently enrolled at Harvard University Extension School.
