Katie received her A.B. in Romance Languages and Literatures from Harvard College in June, 2005. During her time as an undergrad, she interned at the Center and worked in Events. Katie also worked for the Harvard College Fund and was an active member of performing arts groups including the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra and the Brattle Street Chamber Players. Additionally, she assisted with editing and translating of papers from Spanish to English for the DRCLAS-sponsored book project Beyond Armed Actors: Forging a Stronger Role for Civil Society in Colombia. In 2003, Katie spent the year abroad in Buenos Aires studying film and social sciences at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
