DRCLAS Sponsored Student Grants

The Chile Regional Office provides services for Harvard students who travel to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru, whether for participation in the DRCLAS Structured Internship Program, for independent internships, for term-time research or for summer research travel grants. The Chile Regional Office assists with contacts, sourcing internship opportunities, office space, logistics (housing, information about the countries, etc) and connections with other Harvard students in the region.

Every year since 2002, Harvard students have traveled to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Peru, for internships and have received support from the Regional Office in Santiago. Dozens of students received DRCLAS Independent Summer Internship Grants and have contacted the Regional Office for support.  Student research topics vary and have included multi-disciplinary field work, internships, clinical rotations, and teaching English.
