(Children"s Issue)
Dear June Erlick,
I just wanted to pass on congratulations on another terrific issue of ReVista.
I thought the Winter number on Children was stunning in both its depth and breadth.
You managed to bring together so many issues, concerns, and approaches to understanding
the lives of children in Latin America and more broadly in our globalized world.
I'm impressed.
Keep it up!
Best,

Estimada June Erlick:
Quizás pueda interesarle la siguiente información. Es una coincidencia feliz,
que indica un aporte de Harvard al Informe de la Comisión de la Verdad y
Reconciliación del Perú. Yo he participado en el Harvard Project on Justice
in Times of Transition - Peruvian Intelligence Reform Initiative.
http://www.ksg.harvard.edu/justiceproject/perureport.htm.

To whom it may concern:
I have justly read the Fall 2003 issue of your ReVista; I am impressed by the
many articles centered on an important matter for Latin American and its people,
as it was THE HUMAN RIGHTS for this particular issue. I think that those readers
who are familiar with the present reality of Latin America will agreed with
the content of the paper signed by John H. Coatsworth on Internationalizing
HumanRights, especially with his last two prophetic paragraphs. Is there some
hope that the U.S. authorities in charge of foreign affairs could take Mr. Coatsworth"s
advices into consideration for changing their bossy policies toward Latin America
and its peoples?.
I remain,
Very sincerely yours,

June,
I´ve got the magazines last week and I´m having a delightful time reading the
spring edition. The articles are not as long as I was expecting and the writing
is simple and didactic. What else could I ask -- especially as a foreign reader?
It´s a great magazine, an incredible source of first class information that
make me feel like reading a book about Colombia. Congratulations! This is the
kind of work that we all dream about. You´re lucky, June, and so I am for having
access to such a helpful publication.
Thanks a lot!
