Favrot Professor of Human Relations & Department Chair, Tulane University. **Roberto Patiño**, Co-founder of Mi Convive, Alimenta la Solidaridad, and Institute 2100.

**Moderator**: Steven Levitsky, Professor of Government, Harvard University; Director of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies.
