 In our first LAPA workshop we will learn how to use the [Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) *toolkit*](https://bsc.hks.harvard.edu/tools/) designed by Building State Capability to guide the process of solving complex problems while building capability. In this workshop we will be looking at a real problem in Latin America and we will engage in a learning by doing experience.
