 Animals in Latin America and the Caribbean are everywhere, from stray dogs to endangered wildlife to innovative conservation projects. come to the launch of the Winter 2023 issue of *ReVista*, which takes a panoramic view of animals in the region. The panel will be followed by a celebratory reception.

 **Macarena Montes Franceschini** is a Visiting Fellow at the Brooks McCormick Jr Animal Law and Policy Program at Harvard Law School.

 **Erika Lucero Robles Cortés** Mesoamerican archaeologist whose interests focus on zooarchaeology, cremation, religion, and ritual. Researcher of the Templo Mayor Project (2009-2021) in Mexico.

 **Diego F. Plaza Casanova** is founder and director of the Center for Animal Law Studies CEDA Chile, and is founder and president of the Fundación Justicia Interespecie (or Interspecies Justice Foundation, in English).

 **Marcia Condoy Truyenque** is a Peruvian attorney with experience in Labor Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Animal Law advocacy.

 **Germán Vergara**, 2022-2023 DRCLAS Cisneros Visiting Scholar at Harvard University, is Assistant Professor of History at the School of History and Sociology, Georgia Tech.
