Chan School of Public Health</p><p>	The largest health effects of environmental contamination are being experienced in developing countries. Harvard is partnering with institutions in Latin America to build local capacity to understand these local environmental exposures, quantify their health effects and develop effective prevention strategies. This panel will describe several ongoing environmental health capacity building projects in Mexico and Brazil including<br>• Assessing the health benefits of air pollution control policies in Mexico City over the past 25 years<br>• Strengthening community innovation and sustainability support systems in Mexico<br>• Harvard Chan – University of Sao Paulo collaborative laboratory exchange program</p><p>	This event is free and open to the public.</p>
