Con este lente, se exploran tres áreas: mercados laborales, políticas sociales y órdenes familiares. El análisis ayuda a mostrar cómo se están configurando las relaciones entre el Estado, el mercado y la sociedad, y cómo esto afecta las órdenes de género de Cuba. Específicamente, interesa investigar si el proceso de cambio cubano está teniendo un impacto específico en las mujeres. El ejercicio muestra que los cambios recientes en Cuba están generizados en su enfoque, despliegue y resultados y están (re)produciendo desigualdades.</p><p>	<strong>Ailynn Torres Santana, </strong>PhD in Social Sciences with a major in History (2017, FLACSO Ecuador), Master in Communication Sciences (2010, Havana University) and Degree in Psychology (2010, Havana University). Since 2006, researcher at the Cuban Cultural Research Institute (ICIC) "Juan Marinello". Between 2006 to 2012, professor at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of Havana University. Invited professor in FLACSO Ecuador (2016-2018), University of Barcelona (2015, 2018) and UMASS (2018). She is a member of the Global Network "The future is feminist" about work studies (Friedrich Ebert Foundation). Her current research lines are, within Cuba, gender studies, inequalities and Cuban Revolution. At the regional level, she has investigated the relationships between State, citizenship and property in Latin America.</p><p>	 </p><p>	<em>**This talk will be held in Spanish</em></p>
