His academic work was published in international journals as Journal of International Economics Review of Economic Dynamics Journal of Development Economics and Review of International Economics. In the private sector he was a consultant during the last twenty years and was a Partner at Rosenberg Consultoria MCM Consultores Reliance Gestão de Ativos e Brazil Warrant Gestão de Investimentos. He is currently Full Professor of Macroeconomics at the University of São Paulo and the Secretary of Economic Policy at the Brazilian Ministry of Finance.</p><ul></ul><p>	 </p><p>	 </p>
