DESCRIPTION:<p>	In our first LAPA workshop we will learn how to use the <a href="https://bsc.hks.harvard.edu/tools/">Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) <em>toolkit</em></a> designed by Building State Capability to guide the process of solving complex problems while building capability.
