DESCRIPTION:<p>How can native-immigrant tensions be reduced? Highlighting the central role of immigrants’ agency, this work develops and empirically tests a theoretical framework that emphasizes the effects of correcting misperceptions about undocumented immigrants through personal narratives on citizen support for inclusionary policies and for the political candidates more likely to implement them.
