Gerando Falcões

We are Gerando Falcões, a social organization which operates within network strategy, in ghettos and favelas. Our projects are focused on sports and culture for children and teenagers and vocational training for youth and adults, with an income-generation engine for families. We have a management model inspired by the management mechanisms of Ambev, with goals and performance indicators. Last but not least, we have a focus on balancing a purpose that truly drives us and moves us forward, with management capacity and searching for long-term results in our children and families.
