Eugenia Garduno

Eugenia Garduno has held key leadership roles in a variety of international and multicultural organizations. Since 2023, she has collaborated with DRCLAS on a range of operational and programmatic activities. 

Previously, Eugenia served as Deputy Director of Laspau, overseeing the Scholarships and University Innovation Units; as Dean of Academic Affairs at CREFAL, an international organization focused on adult education in Latin America and the Caribbean; as Head of the OECD Center in Mexico for Latin America; and as General Coordinator of @prende.mx at the Federal Ministry of Education in Mexico, leading a large-scale educational technology initiative for public schools.

Eugenia has taught master’s-level courses at the University of Texas at Arlington and CREFAL and has conducted research on the impact of curricular programs in mathematics and science implemented through digital technologies. Her volunteer work includes co-founding Women United for Education (MUxED), a network of women dedicated to advancing equity in education. 

Eugenia holds a doctorate and a master's degree in education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
