Victor Arruda

Brazil Office Fellow

Victor joined the DRLCAS team in July 2025 as a Brazil Office Fellow. In this role, he supports the implementation of DRCLAS Brazil programs and facilitates engagement between Harvard affiliates and local institutions, researchers, and communities. Originally from Recife, Pernambuco, he graduated from Harvard College with a double degree in Government and Art, Film, and Visual Studies. As an undergraduate, Victor was actively involved in initiatives related to Brazil and Latin America. He served as Co-President of the Harvard Brazilian Undergraduate Association, contributed to the organization of multiple editions of the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT, and participated in the DRCLAS Summer Internship Program in São Paulo.
