Water Futures Series

Water Futures in Mexico brings together scholars, practitioners, and experts from Mexico, Harvard, and other institutions to examine the complex challenges shaping the country’s water future.

Through a seminar series and conference, the initiative explores issues including water access and public health, agriculture, aging infrastructure, groundwater, ecology, and water governance across diverse regional and binational contexts. By bringing different perspectives into conversation, the series seeks to deepen understanding of Mexico’s water challenges and explore approaches toward more sustainable and equitable water futures.

This series is presented in collaboration with: The Department of History of Science, Harvard University, The Harvard Graduate School of Design, and The Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University.
